Collectively these 19 Artists have produced this creative array of seafood inspired art specifically for Invercargill’s inaugural May Arts Month, coinciding with the Bluff Seafood and Oyster festival. A call went out to a range of Southland Artist’s about a month ago to encourage collaboration amongst the artists, galleries and art enthusiasts alike. It is an opportunity for creative minds to join forces by means of a mutual theme and celebrate the richness of Southlands environmental and seafood subjects. It is an occasion to merge with like-minded talents, and fuel each others creative energies and to delight in everything seafood associated in Southland!
